We start by playing the early game with as much health as possible, i.e. playing the strongest table for level 6, stop and slowly roll Zilean/Kassadin to 3 three stars, remember that Arcana under Ahri gives you more Ap for 3 star characters, so If we have the opportunity, we also want to have Ahri & Rumble at the max level here. Then we are left with really level 9 and adding the units shown above.
The "Two Healthy" augment works very well!
