Final Comp
This is a comp that caps around the strength of the 7 Fated buff. It can be played reroll (Thresh 3 Aphelios 3) or fast 8/9 (Apehlios + Syndra duo carry). Either way, you're playing around Aphelios as one of your carries, so it uses AD items well, but Syndra can take any leftover AP items. It's also incredibly strong early due to the power of Yasuo and Ahri on stage 2, so you can very often winstreak into either an Aphelios 3 or a Fast 9.
Early Game Board
Play around 3 Fated early, ideally with a Thresh from an orb. Always pair Yasuo + 1 unit early, Yasuo + Thresh is the default, but Yasuo + Ahri is good if you don't have Thresh or if you need the AP on Ahri. Ahri holds attack speed items like Guinsoos and Red Buff well, so those can go on her if you don't haven an Aphelios, and she obviously holds any AP items well.
Midgame Board
Midgame play around 5 Fated and pair Thresh + Yasuo, the amount of shielding and armor/mr is too much for most boards to deal with. Scout around stage 3 and see if you're contested. If not, you can go for Thresh 3 and Aphelios 3. If you are, look to push levels and play for fast 8/9 and move to the final board.
Late Game Notes
Always pair Thresh + Sett late game, the healing is too important. This also means buildng healing on your carries is not necessary, so something like Gunblade is not high priority. Antiheal, however, is a very high priority, since you play for very long fights. Always play Ornn on late game boards since he can farm an item for Sett- this also means you only need 2 items on Sett. If you have an emblem, put it on Ornn.
