When to Play It?
This composition revolves around Nomsy and dragons, so starting with a 2-star Nomsy is a good sign to play it. Additionally, getting one of the following augments makes it even stronger. Although they aren’t necessary, they are very helpful when trying to get your champions to 3-stars. Why Is It Good?
With 3 Dragons, we’ll gain the boost for our Dragons, making Nomsy the best 1-cost unit to have at 3-stars. In the late game, Nomsy’s ability will deal area damage, so instead of falling off like other 1-cost units, Nomsy significantly improves thanks to our 3 Dragons. This, combined with the buffs given to units and Shapeshifter in the new patch 14.17, makes this composition quite powerful.
It’s worth noting that this composition is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to play, but it’s also very fun and will keep you on the edge of your seat, as it’s likely you’ll finish the composition with only 15 to 5 health left. However, once our composition is complete, it will be difficult to lose a round until we secure a top 4 finish.

Early

Make Economy
Since we’re playing a 1-cost reroll composition, we’ll want to roll at stage 3-1 and maintain at least 30 gold to recover the economy. If we’re close to getting our 1-cost units to 3-stars, we can dip a little deeper around 10-15 gold.
Our main goal will be to get Nomsy 3, Jayce 3, Elise 3, Twitch 3, and later Shyvana 3. I should mention that these are the ideal units for the composition, but you can always flex your tanks. Depending on what you hit, you can play Vanguards with Warwick and Blitz 3, etc.
Try to play a strong board to avoid losing too much health, maintain a loss streak, and get priority on the carousel. If for some reason your board is ridiculously strong, you could go for a win streak, although it’s not recommended since we’ll stay at level 4 throughout the stage, and the likelihood that our opponents will be level 5 or even level 6 would cause us to lose a significant amount of gold by breaking our streak.
'Ideal'' Board at Level 5

Pushear niveles.
After completing the above, we’ll level up to 6 to go for 3-star Shyvana. Once we accomplish this, we’ll continue pushing levels, rolling as little as possible.
Why? What board could we have at level 7 that’s worth looking for? The only good thing we could get at level 7 is Neeko, who will be part of our final board. Maybe some high-rolls like Nasus or, with even more luck, Briar or Smolder. However, we could also get them from the carousel.
The ideal is to simply skip level 7 entirely because at level 8, we have a good balance of odds for both 3-cost and 4-cost units. We could itemize Jayce as the holder of the items for our future Smolder, as it’s very likely that you’ll have a Magnetic Remover thanks to the Charm or neutral rounds.
Level 8

Roll a Bit
At this point in the game, we will NEED to have 2-star Nasus and 2-star Neeko. The eighth unit can be anyone you’ve seen in the shop and managed to get to 2-stars. Ideally, it would be Smolder, but with a 3% chance for 5-cost units, it could be difficult, though not impossible, because we might find it in the carousel. Once our board is stabilized, we’ll look to level up to 9 to finish our board with much better odds for 5-cost units (with Smolder being our priority).
Final board

Finishing the Game
Once we have our final board, we’ll likely be in a situation where we have very little health left, so feeding Briar might be a bad idea. However, if we have plenty of health, you can give snacks to Briar to gain even more health, as she benefits from the percentage health gained by our Shapeshifters.
(Units with Thief’s Gloves are what we’re looking for in our board, with Briar being our priority, marked with Radiant TG).
