I> General info:
- This comp uses a full Faerie team with Kalista and Katarina as your main damage carries and Rakan as your core tank!
- Dazzle your opponents by swarming your board with Faerie units. This comp focuses around carrying Katarina, Kalista and Rakan.
- Vertical Faeries is extremely strong right now and there are multiple ways to play (Reroll on 7 or Fast 9) and multiple ways to win the game. Katarina is very strong in the early stages of the game and can even carry you throughout Stage 4. 2 Faerie Emblems, although rare, is an extremely strong win condition and will guarantee a top 1 spot.
- Rush Faeries asap to get two free items. If Katarina is uncontested, can chase Katarina 3 as a duo carry. Faerie Emblem: Morgana > Camille >> another 4 cost. Always take Spat on carousel.
- This comp uses the standard leveling strategy that revolves around a 4-cost carry. When to make:
- If you see Faerie Augments (Faerie Emblem)
- If you get a copy of Milio/Kalista/Rakan early on level 7
- If you drop a Spatula from minions.

III> Early game plan:
- Play around Faerie
- Use Tristana as item holder for Kalista
- Level up to 4 at stage 2-1
- Ideally play from strong 3 Faerie opener with heavy econ. Stack items on your carry and flex in good frontline options.
- Usually, the best opener for Vertical Faerie is the Royal Guard augment or a Faerie Emblem, usually obtained through Stage 2 augment or portal. Itemize whoever you upgrade first and prioritize Guinsoos. 4 Faerie is almost a must play in Stages 2 and 3 as your team will get a ridiculous amount of HP.

IV> Mid game plan:
- Add more Faerie
- Continue building carry items
- Level up to 6 at stage 3-2
- You can slowroll for Katarina 3 stars at level 8 to increase your chances of finding Milio.
- Roll some gold on level 6 if you have low cost pairs worth upgrading. Play around Tristana 2 and Katarina 2.
- It is pretty important to activate 3 Multistrikers because you want Kalista to stack the Queen item as soon as possible for the damage amp.
- Collect Faerie units in your natural shops. On Stage 4-2, level to 8 and roll down for upgraded Faeries and at least 1 Kalista and 1 Rakan. Your goal is to activate 7 Faerie as soon as possible so you can get Queen Guard’s Armor for your frontline – this will stabilize you until Stage 5.

V> Late game plan:
- Fast 8 on 4-2 and roll for Kalista and Rakan. Aim for 5 or 7 Faerie until you get to 9. Hold extra cheap Faerie on bench for 9 Faerie.
- Preserver’s is very strong late game because naturally, Faerie units have high HP from the trait and Preserver’s will heal up % max HP. It will also help Milio generate mana to give your units items.
- Push to level 9 as soon as possible, usually after you have upgraded both Rakan and Kalista. Your win condition will almost always be Milio 2* with mana items. Transitioning to the Preserver board with Morgana can be expensive, but is definitely the highest capped variation.
