This comp focuses on Mages mainly, with 3 Star Veigar as your AP carry and 3 Star Vex as your main tank!
This comp rolls gold above 50 to look for 3-star 3-cost champion(s) at level 7.
When to make:
If you see Mage Augments
If you are the only Veigar/Vex player in your lobby
If you have lots of AP item components (Tear/Rod).
