It is very important in this composition to play wisely, and that means playing with augments such as Augment Hero to Nunu or Blitzcrank, otherwise we lose a lot, but if we don't have it, we can still play it somehow. Can you play without? of course it is, but this composition is much weaker!
We start by not entering lvl from the beginning of the game and collecting as much economy as possible, and at level 4 after the golems we roll for Blitzcrank 3 and Ziggs or wait and slowly roll to level 5, then in fact at level 7 we finish the composition by rolling Veigar and Nunu to 3 stars. Your main carry is usually Veigar, but you can also combine it with Kog'Maw depending on the items

There are two versions, so we play the maximum Bastions x6 or Honeymancy as you can see above, which is better, I think the composition is as better as Veigar, certainly when no one plays him in the lobby or you have the opportunity to make him to the third level. As for Nunu himself, we go to level 6, then slow roll to get this character to three stars, then we are left to either level 8 and make Veigar, or you can directly go to level 9/10 to strengthen your table even more.
