How to play Choncc Treasure NEW MODE IN TFT

HOW EXACTLY THE MODE WORKS

Choncc’s Treasure is a casual game mode within TFT Set 12 that offers wild loot drops when you drop below a specific health and a random four or five champion at the start of a game. You can use the high-cost champion for Econ, or as a unit to strengthen your board. Choncc’s Treasure event also drops an abundance of loot orbs, which can contain Champion Duplicators, resulting in three-star four and five-cost champions if you use the shop odds to your advantage.

The Choncc’s Treasure event is located under the TFT tab within the League client and doesn’t have a Ranked mode. All players receive the same quantities of loot and champions, although the quantity may differ between those in your lobby. Riot typically ships these for-fun temporary game modes several weeks before a Set ends but decided to drop Choncc’s Treasure early this time for unknown reasons.

All Choncc’s Treasure loot drops and features in TFT Set 12
  • Set 12 introduced Encounters, which are included in Choncc’s Treasure. Riot also disabled Portals and Augments for the temporary game mode to keep the playing field somewhat level. Additional loot orbs were added for Set 12 after each Carousel Stage. Choncc will drop three loot orbs after the Stage One Carousel and up to seven loot orbs by Stage Five, according to Riot.

  • Encounters have been added to Choncc’s Treasure.

  • Balance changes were applied to various Set 12 champions to keep it fair.

  • Various Portals and Augments from Set 12 were disabled.

  • All Tacticians get a random four or five-cost TFT Set 12 champion at the start of the game.

  • Choncc rains loots orbs after each Carousel Stage.

  • Loot orbs can contain goodies like Tome of Traits, Tactician Crowns, and Ornn Artifact items.

  • Loot orbs will not drop items like Thief’s Gloves.

  • A Golden loot orb drops onto the battlefield once your player health drops below 50.

GENERAL TUTORIAL

Hello, my name is Tomasz ranking Grandmaster/Challenger and today I spent 20 hours to present you a small tutorial about this mode!

All Comps here:

Comps Spreadsheet

I MARK THIS MODE IS FOR 4FUN PLAYING THIS GUIDE IS ONLY TO HELP!

Every stage we get a drop!

  1. 1 stage:

    • All random items and an example of half an item, e.g. a belt.
  2. 2.2 stage:

    • 1 full random item, a random character for 4 gold, and some gold.
  3. 3.5 stage:

    • 2x Neeko's Help for 1/2/3 costs and a random artifact and some gold.
  4. 4.5 stage:

    • Full random items, large amount of gold, neeko help, random character for 5 gold.
  5. 5.5 stage:

    • A random full item and a very large amount of gold.
  6. 6.5 stage:

    • A very large amount of gold, Force of Nature and Neeko's Help.

And after losing 50%, you get a unique drop for yourself!

We try to collect as much economy as possible at the beginning, this is quite important in every game, but here we want to have fun and high roll characters for 4 gold per three and legends, also depending on the game whether we have access to a quick level 9 or 10!

At the beginning of the game, we get a random character for 4 or 5 gold, depending on which we set the game forward, which is easier than in a normal game.

How to reach level 8

This knowledge is quite important to play around what works for us and what augments we have.

If we win all the time and everything works for us, it's good, but there are situations in which we are forced to think so that our health does not decline, what then? It's worth sacrificing 20 economics at level 6 to strengthen your table. If you choose mid game #1, which can be found e.g. at the bottom, do not skip units from mid game #2/3, because of this you may lose power spike. I'm talking about the fact that you're rolling for Hecarim, which it is currently quite popular, but you will get two Vex or Mordekaiser in the store, which is very strong to reach level 8 easily, this is a serious mistake. I gave an example, but you do the same thing, e.g. with Veigar or Hwei

If you start withEldritchT strong characters such as Ashe/Syndra and Elise/Jayce at the front, and you strengthen the table.

If the game goes as we want and we win until stage 3.1, we rather want to go straight to stage 7 and evaluate the opponents' table. If you still (which is rare) win the lobby by 80%, then fast 8 is a perfect idea here. And if not, we do the same as with level 6, we roll 3/4/5 times to get a character for upgrade or a 4th one to which we can transfer the items.

How to reach level 9

As I described above, if we have a very strong table, then we click the level to 50 economy and at level nine we roll up to 50 gold (we always leave 10 rather) to hit the legends that are useful, I am talking about a given patch because it will be valid until the end of set 12

"It is always the case that in a given patch there are weaker and stronger characters"

that's why you have as many as 6 versions of playing the legendary board!

Final entry in the 9

In the simple meaning of TFT, it means entering by force without improving your table enough to win 50% and roll and roll to 0 to hit at least strong units such as legends and characters that hold our items well, characters for 4 gold.

Then come back to 15-20 hp, returning to 30/40 economy and then roll again to get two legends

Is this bad?

No, but there is a much greater risk of not winning and in TFT you want to reduce the risk as much as in Poker

Also remember that if you

IS IT PAYMENT TO PLAY 1/2/3 COST CHAMPION

In my opinion, no, because this is a 4fun mode designed to make better units for level three, like 4 cost or 5 cost, so focus on having fun and making some enchanted borads rather than just hyper rolling!

ITEMS

When it comes to assembling items quickly, it is even more important in this mode than in Rankeds because we don't want to lose health at the beginning, so if you have a weaker item to assemble, you also want to have it, for example Syndr , because she is the strongest character in this patch (2cost) , let's say the best items for it it's Blue Buff or Shojin etc., in this mode you also have to remember that we get leads and the number of items is larger, so the slam is very accurate!
