Many TFT comps have featured Samira, such as Fabled Slayer, Cultist Slayer, and Samira Slayer, showcasing her immense power. Today, I want to bring you a comp that also features Samira as the main carry: the Sharpshooter Slayer Comp in TFT Set 4.5.

This comp uses Sharpshooter Heroic to unlock the full potential of the 4 Sharpshooters, allowing Samira's damage to spread across enemies. With a solid frontline to protect her, Samira can safely stack her Style points in the backline. In the frontline, there's a powerful tank and damage dealer: Olaf. Once his ability is activated, Olaf charges forward, attacking any enemy in his path with devastating force.

Play this comp when you find Sharpshooter Heroic and the right items for Samira and Olaf. Even if you don't manage to activate 4 Sharpshooters due to lack of Heroic units, remember that items are the key for the two main carries to perform at their best. The synergy between item placement and positioning can make all the difference for this comp's success.

Activated Traits: 4 Sharpshooter, 3 Slayer, 3 Cultist, 3 Dragonsoul, 2 Syphoner, 1 Daredevil

Start with a Cultist setup using low-tier units like Elise, Twisted Fate, and Pyke. Starting early with Cultist gives you an advantage against opponents by summoning Galio onto the battlefield.

Level up to Level 4 early if you want to start a win streak. At this point, the Cultist composition will already have Pyke, a Slayer unit, so adding Zed will help you achieve 3 Slayer faster, saving you time as you progress through the mid-game.

Level up to Level 5 if you want to maintain your win streak.

Activate 3 Slayer by adding Darius to your team. At this stage, you can either continue strengthening your early-game Cultist comp by upgrading units or start replacing them with higher-tier champions to scale your power.

Level up to Level 6 at round 3-2 and assemble the strongest team possible. Begin focusing on building your backline damage dealers with Sharpshooters. Sivir and Tristana are key units to keep until the late game, so prioritize acquiring them to ensure your team’s consistent damage output moving forward.

At Level 7, you can start looking for Sharpshooter Heroic if you wish. Otherwise, level up directly to Level 8 to increase the chances of finding 5-star Heroic units and search for Samira Heroic.

At Level 7, focus on acquiring 4-star units like Aatrox, Olaf, and Tryndamere to strengthen your frontline and damage output.

To maintain the Cultist synergy and activate Bloodthirsty when Swain joins the team, recruit Vladimir. Afterward, level up to Level 8 and complete your comp by adding Swain for additional damage and utility.

Opt for Sivir Heroic instead of Samira at Level 8 due to the lower probability of finding 5-star Heroic units at this stage. Sivir Heroic can still serve as a strong damage source and will complement the team effectively.

If you get a Slayer Heroic item on Olaf, you can replace Tryndamere with a Sharpshooter unit to activate the 4 Sharpshooters trait as originally planned. This change will allow you to maximize your damage output, especially with Samira and Sivir as your primary damage dealers, while still maintaining a strong frontline with Olaf.
