Hwei & Ezreal with Mordekaiser Reroll

We can Roll on 7 lvl for Mordekaiser and Hwei and fast fo for 9/10 lvl for Morgana and Rakan

A very poor composition on PBE, one of the worst, unfortunately, but maybe something will change in the future, many people make Hwei and Mordekaiser, I recommend adding Bard to it if it is possible as a second carry. We roll these characters at level 7 to get them to level three. At the end, all we really need to do is max out the Blaster trait to level 6, which is already starting to do something, but it's hard to get to level 9 at a later stage.
