ROLLING
We play the Early Game, of course around Superfan, preferably thanks to Chosen Corki, and then at level 6 we go deeper to get Bard Headliner (Jazz) and upgrade such as Bard/Neeko or Ekko, then I go back to 50 economy and slow roll at 6 lvl for Bard and Kai'Sa at the level 3. At the end we are left with really level 9/10 and adding Illaoi and Lucian
