Kog'Maw Reroll

Slow roll for Kog'Maw, Cho'Gath, Malphite, and Caitlyn at 5. Kog'Maw and Cho'Gath are the important units here, if you find them without hitting the other 1 costs you should push levels unless you're really close to hitting them. Kog'Maw needs blue buff, snipers is BIS, and nashors is good for letting Kog'Maw cast more to get range up and not waste casts but any two damage items will work. For Cho'Gah you want spark for shred and tanks items. I would still recommend getting anti-heal even though he has it in his kit as Cho'Gath isn't very reliable for applying his ability.

For this variation specifically stand united is a very strong augment as you'll get 8 procs of it that get multiplied by mythic. Featherweights is also great.
