LEGEND Tier List - Patch 13.14

Many 5-cost units were buffed (Ahri, Belveth, Aatrox), and it feels like it's even easier to reach lvl 9 when we can have a strong mid-game board around Invoker or Akshan. As usual, the prismatic augments can push you straight to lvl 9 and build the Exodia comp.

Some traits are simply way too strong and finding an Invoker, Noxus, Slayer (still good imo), Sorcerer emblems can be simply game breaking. Also all his other augments are far from being bad.

There is literally no bad augment. I'm not a fan of latent forge and living forge which don't give a powerspike right away but there are still useful if you play patiently.

Caitlyn is a bit weird. She has excellent augments as well as trash augments. I do believe she's one of the best legends to play around 3 star 3 -cost units. You can easily reach lvl 7 and have tons of free rolls to find the 3 cost units. Turns out, we are in a 3-cost meta with Akshan, Karma, Velkoz and Darius. My only issue is some of these 3 cost comps require some specific combat augments you can't get if you pick Cait's augments

Bard's first augments are all worth taking. The Silver augment was hotfix so it's A tier now (it was S+++ tier before the hotfix). Except the augment at stage 4, all augments are useful and will help you build a strong board.

Overall still good, not broken anymore. It gives you the possibility to play strong board with tons of items. Glasc industries is broken with him. You'll still love to play him if you like items and play flexibly.

Now it became easy to control who is the strongest unit on your board, Lesser Jeweled Lotus is one of the best combat augment you want to have. Veigar is perfect for the full invoker comp as the fights are slow, everyone deals tons of damage and they can crit. My only issue with this Legend is that it commits you into a couple of comps even before you start the game. There are many times you will have to refuse to pick Veigar's augments because the game gives you another gameplan

Now we are at B tier or Lower so my explanation will be shorter. My main issue with Lee sin is that it's great for 2 cost reroll comps and there are none of them yet. I do believe this Legend can become S tier in a 2 cost reroll meta.

Nothing is wrong with him, I think he's a great Legend if you really like to OTP one comp so you always have the items you want. However, if you like to play flexible towards a few different comp, I do believe his augments are slightly underwhelming compared to Ornn or Ezreal

The problem with Vladimir is that all his augments are great but situational. For instance, you don't want to have Transfusion if you have a strong start and you don't want to have Ascension if you play Challengers. Since you usually won't pick his augments because you're not in a good situation to play them, you'd prefer to pick another legend.

DRAVEN The main issue with Draven is that you want to pick his augments ONLY if you have a turbo mega stonk starter 'rarely happens). if you have one, you can pick all Draven augments and make 3 star 4 cost or 5 cost. Imo this is a very powerful Double Up Legend because your friend can funnel you all resources and champions to have an insane early game and then you carry the whole team by yourself.

MASTER YI All augments are good, but you get to be strong only during late game. I do feel there are too many situations you lose too many fights because "Pumping Up" has not stacked enough and you can end up with too little Health to play properly

TAHM KENCH Overall it feels like it's similar to Asol, but it's less efficient at doing so. So why pick TK when you can have Asol?

As far as I know, there is no tech around Pengu right now. Pengu was good when Kayle was good but right now there is no "high risk high reward" comps that would make me confident Pengu would be great.

Until we discover some more comps like Kayle, Pengu should be a Legend to avoid.
