Strategy
- Lets start this guide with 2 simple facts:
- Multicasters are very strong
- Multicasters are very contested
-
This guide will explore ways to play Multicasters consistently even when heavily contested.
-
There are different ways to complete a good Multicasters board that can win you the game or at least place in the top 4, you don't need to 3-star every unit and there are some units that you can replace.
-
Down below I am going to show you different boards that have given me good results in Master elo.
Fast 8
TF and Galio 3-star
Poppy and Swain 3-star
High Roll
Tips and Info.
-
Demacia's Elite should always go to Galio.
-
3-star Vel'Koz deals more damage than 3-star TF, if TF is very contested you can reroll prio and itemize Vel'Koz first.
-
Itemization should be TF or Vel'Koz > Galio > TF or Vel'koz (Secondary) > Stattik or Spark > Morello or Sunfire.
-
When contested and losing on units, go 7 and upgrade your board to 2-star only, then go fast 8 and try the Taric and Shen board, hopefully you'll outlast your contestants and then you'll be able to roll for your 3-star carries.
-
TF is undoubtedly the best Legend here, BiS items on this comp are very powerful.
-
You can scout and position Vel'Koz to hit the desired backlane.
-
If struggling to hit, give up on upgrading Taliyah, Sona and one of your carries to focus on one carry (Vel'koz or TF) and Galio.
Item Combinations
-
Tempo can define if you're going to hit faster than the other player going for Multicasters, so slam items as soon as you can craft any of the items above, remember that Blue Buff is the best item for both TF and Vel'Koz.
-
Hopefully you find the information in this guide useful and can apply it to climb in your ranked games, good luck!
