New Mage Reroll in BPatch 14.16 Seraphine & Soraka

At the beginning, we try to play in a lost streak without entering level 4 or 5 in order to have as much economy as possible and roll on level 4 to 15 gold, the so-called hyper roll or slow roll on level 5 for the most important characters, i.e. Soraka and Seraphine, but you know if we can create characters such as Poppy/Lillia and Ahri in "2 version", the more characters we have on 3 stars, the better we can use the Ahri Arcana. Then all we have to do is actually reach level 9.
