HOW TO GET ITEM ORNN
We can get it in a few ways, the first one is to simply take the artifact augment, just remember that if you take it for 1 augment, you have 2 to choose from in mid game 3 and in late game 5. The second option is to drop it using the Heartsteel feature, the so-called "payout". " but in this case the item is random.
And the last one is the legendary augment that will turn each of our created items into ornn items. This is one of the coolest play styles I've ever seen. It's slightly random, but you can really use it in any composition.
