RAVENOUS HUNTER
Ravenous Hunter is an augment that can transform your Warwick into a hyper carry. It has currently a 3.86 average placement if picked at stage 2-1 in Master+ elo and it's a very strong augment if you know how to use it.
Ravenous Hunter: Gain a Warwick. When your strongest Warwick takes or deals damage, he gains 6% Attack Damage and 6 Ability Power, stacking up to 50 times. His passive healing is replaced with magic damage on his attacks.

For this comp you want to play around 6 Challengers so Warwick has tons of attack speed. This allows him to stack the "Ravenous Hunter" faster and snowball the fight. At full stack, he gains up to 300% AD and AP, however, he will not heal from his passive anymore. This is why it's important for him to have Bloodthirster so he can heal from the damage he deals. On the other hand, he can get up to 400 AD easily so having a Runaan on him allows to reach backline units and destroy them.
Note that the magic damage he deals doesn't come from him but from the augment, because of this, Jeweled Gauntelet DOES NOT make him crit on the magic damage and he DOES NOT heal from it as well.
TL;DR
- Prioritize 6 Challengers over any other synergy
- Build QSS / BT / Runaan to have the most optimized version
- Build a secondary carry next to him (Kaisa or Yasuo) to ensure late game
Warwick deals a huge amount of PHYSICAL damage, this is why Runaan is better than Titan's

At lvl 6 you will play with 4 Challengers, 2 Juggernaut and 2 Zaun. As long as your board is filled with 2 star units, you will be winning fights and you will save a good amount of HP.
Gameplay: Push lvl 6 at stage 3-2 Roll to find Warwick 2* and some other upgrades (Sett, Irelia) and 4 challengers with Kalista Rebuild your economy above 50 gold Slow roll to find Warwick 3 Once you have Warwick 3, you can push the levels and add more challengers

Normal items:

Collector if you get one very early to farm a lot of gold but WW will downscale so you will need to rely on Kaisa / Yasuo to close late game fights
Radiant items:
- QSS -> gives tons of AS and WW will NEVER be stunned or slowed
- RFC -> replaces QSS and gives WW a lot of range so he will be safe most of the time
- Runaan -> literally double WW's damage by redirecting his damage on another unit
LEGENDS
Since you want to have Ravenous Hunter at stage 2 and then combat augments, most legendsa re completely unrelevant. I suggest you, rather, to keep playing with your favorite legend and play this comp if you have Ravenous Hunter at 2-1.
AUGMENTS
At 3-2 and 4-2 you will look for some specific augment to truly cap out your comp:
- Challenger Crest or Juggernaut Crest: allows you to unlock easily 6 Chall + 4 juggernauts
- Adrenaline rush: Your Juggernauts deal 10% more damage, increased to 25% for the rest of combat when they fall below 50% Health. Gain 2 Juggernauts.
- Defensive dash: Combat start and on takedown: Your Challenger units gain 75-225 Shield (based on current Stage) for 2.5 seconds. Gain 2 Challenger units.
- Harmacist: Your units heal for 15% of the damage they deal, and they convert 25% of excess healing to true damage on their next attack.
- Scoped weapons: Your units that start combat in the back 2 rows gain +2 Attack Range and 15% Attack Speed.
