Samira Reroll

In the early game we just want to focus on making money as we want to get to 50 gold ASAP so we can start slowrolling. Make sure to never level in the early game as we want high chance of hitting 1cost units to hit 3stars. Don't be scared of slamming items as we still want to win to get noxus stacks.

We will be slowrolling with this comp until we hit Samira 3star, we can stay at level 5 longer to hit Cassiopea 3star as well if we are close to hitting her AND we have good items for her. Also go for Swain 3star.

Onec you've hit all the 3stars you need, push levels to end up with the final comp.

The best legends are Lee Sin and Twisted Fate. Lee sin allows us to hit our 3stars faster, while Twisted Fate lets us get perfect items. Generally TF is better as we need 4 tears to get BIS for Samira and Cassiopea.

• Noxus Crest
• Golden ticket
• Pandoras Items
• Pandoras Bench
• Portable Forge
• Long Distance Pals
• Tons of Stats
• Cybernetic Leech
• Healing Orbs

Samira:

1. Bluebuff - This item is core, as it reduces our mana pool to 20, and if you get a takedown you will get 10 mana back, which means we only need 1 autoattack until we cast our spell again.
2. Any AD damage item: IE/GS/DB/LW/GB/Hurricane
3. Another AD damage item, or one healing item which is HOJ/Gunblade

Cassiopea:

1. Bluebuff (for same reason as samira)
2. Any AP item: JG/GS/Deathcap/Archangles/GB
3. Another AP item or a healing item with HOJ/Gunblade

Tank items go on swain, just make any with the leftover components you have.
