[Set 10 PBE] Mastering Superfan opener (Part 3)

Unlike many guides that show a level 8, 9 board, I will guide you to play around an opener, which is an easier way to learn TFT

We all new to set 10, so I will use some keywords and place champions into group to help on memorizing, I don't include positioning (not the same every game) but in case anything special, I'll remind

Play around your starting Headliner for saving HP

• Fast 8 playstyle: level up, sell current Headliner in PVE round then roll for new Headliner carry on next round (1)
• Reroll playstyle: get a good Headliner early then play around it, not recommended to force comp then find headliner carry later (2)

In this set it is much harder to roll for 4 cost at lv 7 (33% lower chance) and 5 cost at lv 8 (25% lower chance). So my guide assume we can't find an ideal 4 cost at lv 7 and 5 cost at lv 8

(1) When round start if you already got a Headliner, it tooks 4 rolls to appear the next one in shop. Reroll 2 cost at lv 6, 3 cost at lv 7, fast 8 for 4 cost Headliner carry

(2) In lastest PBE patch, any champion with less half of its copies left in the pool can't appear as Headliners

For this specific topic, notice that if you sold Headliner then not be able to buy a new one, Superfan buff is useless, in this case temporarily replace superfan with synergic champs you have rolled

Superfan is the most versatile opener to play with, it's recommended to learn this trait first for set 10

This post walkthroughts the rest variant of this opener: reroll comps

• Lulu reroll
• Senna reroll
• MF reroll
• Gnar reroll

To play this comfortably, only go when you have a Superfan opener then accidentally get a specific Headliner, don't force yourself to play reroll comp

Gnar got a big nerf in PBE, hope he will back one day

Play if you got Headliner Gnar with QS or IE (or a glove)

Superfan gives Gnar Sterak's Gage

Headliner Gnar gain lots of Atk, so IE is the best to scale up his damage

When rolling for 3* Gnar and Jax, you can buy Evelynn then play her at lv 7

Place Gnar next to Guardian

Augments (prior combat aug for late game): Indomitable Will (QS replacement), Jeweled Lotus (IE replacement), Two Healthy, Last Stand, Young and Wild and Free, Best friend, Harmacist, any healing and armor/shield aug, for reroll aug I only recommend Return on Investment (+1 slot) and champion duplicator

Play if you got Headliner Senna with HoJ (or a glove)

Memorizing keyword: [Superfan + Ekko] with Senna Evelynn

After hit 3* Senna, put Aphe or Yasuo at lv 7 (buy them when rolling if the bench had enough space)

Push to lv 8 to find Akali and Qiyana (Yasuo could replace Qiyana temporarily)

For True Dmg it's recommended to have at least 1 extra item from augment/portal (blink bonus, actually Qiyana could give items later but think about the worst case)

Superfan will give Senna Shojin

Those are items suggestion, in worst case you can put an item comonent on Kennen & Senna

Orn's items work well on her: Zhonya's Paradox, Manazane, Deathfire Grasp, Gold Collector

Place Kennen next to Ekko (if he got Redemtion), Evelynn & Qiyana in the opposite side of opponent carry (for Crown Diver stun)

Recommended Augments: Item aug, Cybernetic Bulk/Uplink, Jeweled Lotus, Healing Orbs (place main carry and tank in the same side), True Dmg Aug, Return on Investment (+1 slot for Evelynn)

This team deal extra true dmg, so find multiplier dmg (crit/Giant slayer)

Memorizing keyword: [Superfan + Ekko] with Jazz, Kai'Sa

Superfan will give MF Deathblade

Place Kennen behind Ekko to make sure he die slower than Ekko

Why Gunblade on MF? This team your main tank is Ekko, GB keep him survive as long as possible to keep casting his skill and healing with blink bonus, that's why Redemtion is also recommended. GB can be replaced with RB or HoJ

Usually Ekko is highly contested. After got 3* MF hit lv 8 to find Lucian or Ziggs rather than staying at lv 7, worst case find Lux or Lulu

Augments: Jazz aug, Three's a Crowd, Return on Investment (+1 slot for Lucian, Ziggs), Healing Orbs (place main carry and tank in the same side)

So yeah, in case you find Big Shot headliner instead of Jazz, try to roll her at lv 8 to add Ezreal or Jhin

This version is stronger than Jazz if MF have a bit more ~40% atk speed for ultilizing Big Shot, that's why QS here, Red Buff can be replaced but I prefer put it on Ezreal

Memorizing keyword: 6 Spellweavers with Lillia

Gb, AS, Sunfire: this team need to survive for Spellweaver stack

Usually Ekko is highly contested. After got 3* Lulu hit lv 8 to find Sona (replace Annie), Ziggs rather than staying at lv 7

Augments: any tank (armor, shielding, healing) aug
