Along with Yasuo/Ahri reroll and 7 Fated, there's another currently popular Fated comp, which is Aphelios Fated. By the way, I've edited my other guide on Fated, about Yasuo/Ahri.
Late game comp (lvl 9)

Lvl 7 comp

When you have components such as BF Swords, Bows, and Training Gloves, going for Aphelios can be a good plan, but beware, since it's quite popular, you might get contested, especially if someone else plays Yasuo/Ahri reroll.
Like with many comps relying on 3-cost champions, you'll roll a bit at level 7. You'll have to scout to check how many 3-cost units are out of the pool. The first reason is that you'll be able to evaluate how strong your opponents currently are, the other reason is that you'll be able to estimate how many 3-cost units remain in the pool, thus how likely you are to find Illaoi, Thresh and Aphelios in your rolls.
At level 7, you'll want to put in 4 Ghostly and stay at 3 Fated, linking Thresh and Aphelios. When you get Aphelios 3, you'll want to push until you get to level 9, where you'll replace Aatrox by Kayn and add Sett and Kindred to get Warden and 5 Fated, and you'll link Sett with Thresh, to make your Fated units sturdier and give them sustain thanks to those two's Fated bonus. Alternatively, you can link Sett and Syndra, in order to burst the enemies and sustain based on big damage. By bringing in Kindred you'll also give Reaper to Kayn, but that'll only be useful if you have excess AD items like Bloodthirster and Titan's Determination. If you have AP items, you can give them to Syndra.
