APHELIOS FATED COMP

Difficulty: Easy - Medium (Aphelios is a 3-cost reroll teamcomp)

When to play: If you have a bow to build your core items Red Buff & Rageblade OR started with Fated units like Ahri and Yasuo OR hit an Aphelios early.

Power Level: Strong A-Tier comp in patch 14.8. Mostly uncontested so you can spam this while other people contest each other on Kai'Sa:

Top 4s regularly even with Aphelios2 and can get 1st place with Aphelios3, 7 Fated and Sett2.

EARLY & MID GAME

Red Buff or Rageblade is needed for Aphelios.

If you don't have a BOW yet, you should NOT LEVEL UP and lose the first three rounds to get BOW from the carousel.

You pick up all Fated units especially Ahri (itemholder for Aphelios) and Yasuo to hit 3 Fated early which usually guarantees you a WINSTREAK.

With a WINSTREAK your leveling pattern usually looks like this:

• 2-1: Level 4

• 2-5: Level 5

• 3-2: Level 6

• 3-5: Level 7 -> If you are on a lose- or winstreak, you can level up in 3-5 and roll for your pairs but stop at 20 or more gold to build up economy again.

• 4-1: Level 7 -> If you are healthy but don't have a winstreak or enough gold, you level up in 4-1 and roll down till you hit Aphelios2 and Thresh2 but don't go lower than 10 gold.

After hitting Aphelios2 and Thresh2 you need to scout your lobby and check if Aphelios and Thresh are contested:

1. If NOT CONTESTED, then build up economy again and SLOWROLL over 50 gold for both Aphelios and Thresh. Roll down to 10 gold if you are only missing two Aphelios.
2. If CONTESTED, then build up economy and level up to 8 in Stage 4-5 or 5-1 and aim for 7 Fated with Sett.

FATED PAIR BONUS on:

Early and Mid Game (Stage 2, 3 and 4): Yasuo+Thresh (gives you infinite tankyness for Aphelios to stack his Rageblade)

Late Game (Stage 5+): Sett+Thresh (Aphelios3 will heal up to full after every ultimate with Sett's omnivamp bonus). If you don't have Sett, then bind Syndra+Thresh or Aphelios3+Thresh to do more DMG.

LATE GAME

To win out and get firsts you either need:

• hit Aphelios3 and Thresh3
• Sett or Emblem for 7 Fated
• itemise Syndra and Sett as your additional carries

APHELIOS items:

1st item: Red Buff or Rageblade

2nd item: Red Buff or Rageblade (the one you are missing), Deathblade, Infinity Edge or Hurricane

3rd item: Deathblade, Infinity Edge, Hurricane or Giantslayer

BEST IN SLOT BUILD: Red Buff + Rageblade + Deathblade

1st item: Dragon Claw, Stoneplate, Warmogs

2nd item: Bramble Vest, Sunfire (if you don't have Red Buff)

3rd item: Redemption, Steadfast

BEST IN SLOT BUILD: Dragonclaw + Bramble Vest + Redemption

SILVER: Best friends, Partial Ascension, Blistering Strikes (don't need to build Sunfire), Harmacist, Component Buffet

GOLD: Best Friends II, Ascension, Fated Crest, Pumping Up, Inspiring Epitaph, Buried Treasure, Unified Resistance

PRISMATIC: BA-Boom, Harmacist, Final Ascension, Fated Crown, Stationary Support, Tiny but Deadly, Radiant Refactor (Radiant Red Buff > Rageblade)
