How to play the patch: as of now, playing flexibly around your items is the priority, aiming to reach lv 7-8 and stabilize around a 4-cost carry. In terms of reroll, the best compositions are Kog'Maw and Family. The B-patch didn't really change the meta that much, just toned down the two most unbalanced comps and buffed some of the weaker ones.
