Set 14 PBE will be available on March 19 (patch 13.8).
Set 14 will be available globally on April 2 (patch 14.1).
Here you can find testing of compositions on PBE: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/e/2PACX-1vSFxuxk2GgpnSSn-yKq1OqmNCp7B8p6LBf32oflcPKS9NyJ5ThIyGFjK5OTdnLiFMhOGuuWDt8wfn14/pubhtml#
Set 13 is still bringing tons of fun – with the final patches, regional tournaments, and Worlds hype ahead! But with only a month to go until the Set 14 reveal, it’s the perfect time for some speculation.
The TFT 2025 Roadmap gave us one major hint:
“Fight for control over Cyber City”
Sounds like classic cyberpunk! A futuristic city filled with gangs, monsters, ruthless corporations, and battles for power.
New mechanic?
No leaks yet, but I really hope Threats make a full comeback. Set 12 had Wukong, but he was only played in one comp. Six-cost units are basically Threats with insane power levels, but it would be great to see them return in a more meaningful way.
Potential champions?
Looking at popular skin lines, we can make some guesses:
- AD carries – Aphelios, Akshan, Lucian, Jhin
- Assassins/Bruisers – Fiora, Camille, Katarina, Zed
- Tanks – Jarvan, Nasus, Blitzcrank, Thresh
- AP carries – Zoe, Ziggs, Lissandra
TFT Community Bursts into Laughter Over "Leak"
Teamfight Tactics is known for its unique mechanics and traits, and a recent post sparked a wave of laughter among players. A Reddit user stumbled upon what seemed to be a leak for Set 14, featuring some absolutely absurd names—none more bizarre than "Forestburner Jayce."
The community’s reaction was a perfect mix of disbelief, joy, and pure entertainment, embracing the supposed new mechanics, whether they were real or just satire. This unexpected blend of speculation and humor showed that TFT isn’t just about competition – it’s about having fun along the way.
The "Leak" That Sparked Chaos
This so-called leak was the perfect mix of absurdity and creativity that TFT fans love. Reddit user Gasaiv shared a post with a list of alleged Set 14 traits, but one stood out above the rest:
Forestburner Jayce
It was such a bizarre addition that it immediately caught players' attention. Comments summed it up perfectly:
“I like how all the traits sound believable and then there’s just Forestburner Jayce.” – that-other-redditor
Players found themselves playing a game within a game – trying to figure out what was real and what was just for laughs.
Community Reactions: From Confusion to Comedy
As the post gained traction, reactions poured in—ranging from genuine curiosity to pure comedy. Some players actually believed the leak for a moment, while others just enjoyed its absurdity.
Reddit user kalex33 hilariously admitted:
“For a second I thought this was real LMAO.”
Meanwhile, metahw praised the post, calling it:
“Top-tier content.”
One of the best parts? The meme potential was off the charts. Even players who knew it was fake started ironically hyping up some of the “leaked” mechanics.
User zexxx52 summed it up perfectly:
“This might be a meme, but these splash arts and traits kinda go hard.”
The Fun Side of the TFT Community
One of the best things about the TFT community is its ability to balance competitive play with shared humor. Whether it’s discussing optimal comps or laughing at something ridiculous, players come together in moments like these.
This “leak” was a prime example of how creativity and humor fuel engagement in gaming spaces. While some players chase rank, others are here for the laughs – and both perspectives make TFT special.
Humor’s Role in the TFT Experience
While strategy and mechanics are the core of TFT, humor is the secret ingredient that keeps players coming back. Even in high-stakes games, moments of levity and camaraderie make the experience richer.
As one player jokingly put it:
“They gonna make everyone a pro-level player with this one.”
This highlights an important truth: whether you're winning, losing, or just laughing at "Forestburner Jayce," every game tells a story.
Takeaway: More Than Just a Game
This “leak” turned into a comedic treasure trove for the TFT community, proving that engagement goes beyond competition.
- Laughter fosters community spirit
- Creativity fuels excitement
- Shared humor brings players together
At the end of the day, TFT isn’t just about climbing ranks – it’s about the moments we share, the memes we create, and the friends we make along the way.
So, whether Set 14 brings us Forestburner Jayce or not – one thing is certain: the TFT community will always find a way to make it fun.
