Day 1 (Nov 8th):

40 players play 6 games. -
Top 32 advance to Day 2, bottom 8 eliminated.
Day 2 (Nov 9th):

32 players play 4 games, top 16 continue, bottom 16 eliminated. -
16 remaining players play 3 more games, top 8 proceed to Grand Final, bottom 8 eliminated.
Grand Final (Nov 10th):
-
Checkmate format: Players need 20 points and a 1st place to win. -
Maximum of 8 games; if no one wins by Game 8, the highest-ranked match-point player wins.
