TFT Set 13 Guide: Silco Powder with Augment (Trait: Menaces)

In TFT Set 13, Augment [Trait: Menaces] brings a powerful synergy to your team composition, offering unique mechanics that can dramatically change the course of a match. This augment centers around the combination of Powder and Silco, two key champions that unlock new possibilities. When Powder is fielded alongside Silco, she gains the Dominator trait but loses the Family synergy. Additionally, Powder's explosive monkey creates three of Silco’s monstrosities, adding even more power to your lineup. This guide will walk you through how to make the most of this augment and maximize its potential.

Assuming we start with many AP items, we can play Powder as follows: Powder-Draven-Darius-Vander-Violet.

The portals to prioritize are:

• Caitlyn: Caitlyn grants you gold every stage.
• Jinx: Jinx steals all the monsters and replaces them with crabs that drop bonus loot.
• Jinx: Jinx steals all the monsters and replaces them with crabs that drop bonus loot, but crabs on Stage 5+ are SUPER DEADLY.
• Vander: Vander serves up three gold augments this game.

Since Augment (Trait: Menaces) appears in round 3-2, we cannot predict this playstyle in advance.

Trait: Menaces: While fielded with Silco, Powder gains Dominator, but no longer benefits from Family. When her monkey explodes, it creates 3 of Silco's monstrosities. Gain a 2-star Powder and a Silco.

At this point, Powder is a unit of Dominator. Thus, we have 6 Dominators at level 8.

This composition is quite expensive and requires level 9 to become stronger. If you're lucky enough to get an Black Rose Emblem, you can push to level 10 and play 6 Dominators and 5 Black Roses.
