Anomalies are a new mechanic added in Set 13. You can choose one unit to upgrade with an Anomaly on stage 4-6. You can reroll your Anomaly as many times as you want for 1g.

My recommendations:

• If you play a hyper carry (like Ambessa), you always want to buff her with Anomalies.
• But the most optimal play would be to use Anomaly on the champion with the highest number of items and the corresponding bonus, i.e. it could be a tank, carry or Anomaly with an aura buff.

• I recommend using Ctrl+F and champion/trait name for quick navigation

My rules for guides:

• Always show boards that have from 0 to 1 legendary units, so I think anyone will figure out what to do next if they find more of the necessary legendary units
• I show items based on stats and my own experience
• I also show standard positions that will be understandable to everyone
