TFT Set 14: Cyber City – Release Date, New Traits, and Champions

TFT Set 14: Cyber City will officially launch on April 2, 2025, with Patch 14.1 and will be available on the PBE server starting March 19 with Patch 13.8. In this update, players will experience the return of the ANIMA SQUAD Origin, along with the arrival of two monstrous units, Garen and Zac, alongside many new Classes and Origins.

ANIMA SQUAD makes its return with the following champions:

• Seraphine (1 gold, Techie)
• Sylas (1 gold, Vanguard)
• Illaoi (2 gold, Bastion)
• Vayne (2 gold, Slayer)
• Yuumi (3 gold, A.M.P., Strategist)
• Leona (4 gold, Vanguard)
• Xayah (4 gold, Marksman)
• Aurora (5 gold, Dynamo)

At each activation threshold, the ANIMA SQUAD will receive a new weapon, which is randomly launched by team members throughout the match. This mechanic ensures that the team maintains its strength and diversity in combat.

In Cyber City, Garen and Zac appear as special monsters, introducing new challenges and opportunities for players. Garen, with his immense strength and high durability, will be a formidable opponent. Meanwhile, Zac, with his shapeshifting and healing abilities, will create unexpected scenarios on the battlefield.

Cyber City introduces several new Classes and Origins, adding variety and strategic depth to the game. Some of them include:

1. CYBERBOSS (2/4)

• Poppy (1 gold, Bastion), Veigar (2 gold, Techie), Ziggs (4 gold, Strategist), and Kobuko (5 gold, Bruiser).
• CYBERBOSS enhances the strongest unit in the team, upgrading them to their ultimate form with increased health, ability power, and skill size.

2. STREET DEMON (3/5/7/10)

• Dr. Mundo (1 gold, Bruiser, Slayer), Zyra (1 gold, Techie), Ekko (2 gold, Strategist), Jinx (3 gold, Marksman), Rengar (3 gold, Executioner), Brand (4 gold, Techie), Neeko (4 gold, Strategist), and Samira (5 gold, A.M.P.).
• STREET DEMON marks specific hexes on the battlefield. Placing champions on these hexes grants them bonus health, ability power, and attack damage.

3. A.M.P. (3/5/7/10)

• Nidalee (1 gold, Nitro), Naafiri (2 gold, Exotech), Yuumi (3 gold, Anima Squad, Strategist), Annie (4 gold, Golden Ox), and Samira (5 gold, Street Demon).
• A.M.P. champions upgrade their abilities in unique ways, scaling with trait activation thresholds while also gaining bonus health.

4. CYPHER (3/4/5)

• Vi 1G Vanguard, LeBlanc 2G Strategist, Draven 3G Rapidfire, Galio 3G Bastion, Zed 4G Rapidfire
• A mysterious Class that hacks into Cyber City's system to enhance allies and weaken enemies.

Champions:

Shaco 1G Slayer

• Kingpin bonus: Teleport behind the lowest Health enemy within 4 hexes and deal bonus physical damage.
• (7) Syndicate bonus: If this kills, immediately cast again with slightly reduced damage.

Darius 2G Bruiser

• Kingpin bonus: Increase Ability range. Damage is reduced by each hex away from Darius.
• (7) Syndicate bonus: Even more range!

Twisted Fate 2G Rapidfire

• Kingpin bonus: Throw a random special card at the current target that deals magic damage. Red explodes in an area, Blue deals true damage, Yellow grants gold.
• (7) Syndicate bonus: Throw all three special cards at three nearby enemies.

Braum 3G Vanguard

• Kingpin bonus: Gain Armor and Magic Resist. Every few seconds, Braum's next attack deals damage scaling with his Armor and Magic Resist.
• (7) Syndicate bonus: More Armor/Magic Resist. More frequent enhanced attacks.

Miss Fortune 4G Dynamo

• Kingpin bonus: Fire 3 more waves.
• (7) Syndicate bonus: Bullets pierce enemies for slightly reduced damage.

Effect:

Shadowy warriors operating under mafia-like mechanics, providing special effects at activation thresholds.

9. NITRO (3/4)
