INTRODUCTION
- Here is a tier list of items.
- It's important to note that all items can be good depending on the conditions; for instance, an item ranked tier D might be tier S under certain circumstances.
- The criteria will include:
- Item flexibility (usable in the majority of compositions)
- Early game usability
- Relevance in the current meta.
TIER S

- Naturally, Warmog, Steadfast, and Crownguard are the best tank items at the moment.
- With the advent of True Damage, armor and magic resistance seem ineffective.
- Items like Warmog scale better with traits such as KDA and Jazz.
- Redbuff and Shojin are two flexible items that are useful on AD champions as well as AP units.
- Moreover, Redbuff has anti-healing properties.
- Either way, both items provide monstrous stats.
TIER A

- Guinsoo is quite unique. It's an early-game item that can lead to snowballing, but compared to items like Shojin, it's much weaker. There isn't an excellent carrier among the 4-cost champions, but rather among legendaries like Sona and Ziggs.
- Deathblade is a good item currently since many AD units are viable.
- The rest of the items in this category are excellent and flexible across the majority of compositions. It's worth noting that Giantslayer doesn't hold much value in the early game but gains significant strength in the late game.
TIER B

- The items labeled as 'bruiser' items are Best in Slot (BiS) when we play this kind of composition.
- Units like Zed, Yone, Poppy, Qiyana, Yorick etc., benefit the most from these items, but they aren't exceptional for the majority of compositions.
- For instance, in KDA compositions, they might not shine as much.
TIER C

- These items aren't terrible, but they're costly to assemble because there are much better options to build.
TIER D

- The majority of these items are useless in the current meta and provide too little value to warrant building them.
- Additionally, some items are also bugged.
- However, it's important to note that under certain conditions, these items can become important.

CONCLUSION
- Be mindful of tier lists, even this one! There are numerous factors to consider, and an item will always be better than nothing. So, don't assume that only S and A tier items should be built! Flexibility is key.
