Twitch & Dr.Mundo Experiment - Set 13

When it comes to the Twitch composition, there are currently two main methods to make it truly high-level. The first is using a Bruiser Emblem on Dr. Mundo or Garen, turning him into an unstoppable tank. The second is the Bronze for Life Augment, which thrives on activating a large number of bronze traits.

Twitch himself is playable but not strong enough to carry games single-handedly—this is important to keep in mind.

Regarding rolling, you naturally start at level 8, aiming to get two units to 2-star: Twitch, your main carry, and Dr. Mundo, your primary tank. If you manage to get Caitlyn as well, that’s great, but she’s more of a target for level 9.

For your secondary carry, you can allocate items to either Ekko or Corki, depending on which items you have available.

As for items, I recommend focusing strictly on AD or Attack Speed items. For example, Last Whisper can be replaced with an Evenshroud on the frontline, as it provides solid utility.
