This comp features one of the strongest comps right now. With Mundo's buff in the previous patch, along with the recent buffs to Nunu and Twitch's Experiment bonus, this comp should be the best 4-cost comp in the meta.
When to go for this comp ?
Guinsoo’s is essential for this comp, so I recommend considering this comp if you have Guinsoo’s early game or at least have a Rod or Bow. With Zeri, Tristana, and Draven being strong Guinsoo’s holders, hitting one of them early can help you play toward Twitch.
How to play the comp ?
In the early game, Maddie, Draven, Zeri, and Tristana are solid holders for Twitch's items, and you can use any upgraded frontline. On the 4-2 rolldown at level 8, stabilize your board, then aim for level 9 to maximize your comp's strength.

ITEMS
Guinsoo’s is a must-have, Infinity Edge works well as a second item, and for the third item, you can go with any available AD option.
Tank Items on mundo , you dont need specific items just slam any Tank items you have . Make sure to build anti healing Item(sunfire or redbuff) and sunder item (last whisper or evenshroud)
If you have remaining components look for vi items (bloodthirster,steraks,qss,titan) or caitlyn items(any backline AD item),if you have AP item (for example rabadons,jewled gauntlet) you can play mordekaiser or malzahar
EARLY GAME UNITS YOU CAN PLAY
These are the strongest units to play in the early game. Try to play around Nunu, Maddie, and Zeri to make the level 8 transition smoother, reducing the need to spend excessive gold on the rolldown.

In this comp, I believe the Frontline Anomaly is more valuable than the Twitch Anomaly. Choosing the anomaly that makes Mundo tankier allows Twitch to stack Guinsoo more effectively, ultimately boosting his damage output.
