Video Guide:

This is a guide to the upcoming five-star Spectro character Phoebe, who wields a rectifier. She is a main D.P.S. who has quick energy regeneration and uses spectro frazzle as an advantage in battle.

Phoebe’s best weapon is obviously her signature weapon, which has a base attack of five hundred and a thirty-six percent critical rate substat. An attack boost of twelve percent is applied. When inflicting damage with Spectro Frazzle, Phoebe's normal and heavy attacks receive an additional damage increase of fourteen percent, which can accumulate up to three times and persist for six seconds. Upon using the extended skill, the damage dealt to nearby targets by Spectro Frazzle is amplified by fifty percent. These effects do not stack with themselves.

Two alternate five-star limited rectifiers that Phoebe can make use of are Rime-Draped Sprouts, Zhezhi’s signature rectifier, and Stringmaster, Yinlin’s signature rectifier. Rime-draped sprouts increase attack by twelve percent. When using Resonance Skill, it grants a Basic Attack Damage Bonus of the same percentage, stacking up to three times for six seconds. At three or more stacks, casting the Outro Skill consumes all stacks and gives a fifty-two percent Basic Attack Damage Bonus for twenty-seven seconds, which remains active even when Phoebe is not on the field. Stringmaster provides a twelve percent attribute damage bonus. It also increases attack by twelve percent when dealing damage with the Resonance Skill, stacking up to twice for five seconds. Additionally, when Phoebe is not on the field, her attack increases by another twelve percent.

A standard gacha five-star rectifier that Phoebe can use is Cosmic Ripples. It boosts energy regeneration by twelve point eight percent. Additionally, when Basic Attack Damage is dealt, it increases the Basic Attack Damage Bonus by three point two percent, stacking up to five times. This effect lasts for eight seconds and can be triggered once every zero point five seconds. The basic attack damage bonus is where Phoebe gets the most benefit, as she does not need energy regeneration.

A four-star pioneer podcast rectifier that Phoebe can use is Augment. It has a critical rate substat of twenty-point two percent. Activating Resonance Liberation enhances Phoebe's attack by fifteen percent, with the effect enduring for fifteen seconds.

A four-star gacha rectifier that Phoebe can use is Jinzhou Keeper. It has an attack percent substat of thirty-six point four percent. Its effect states that when using the Intro Skill, it boosts Phoebe's attack by eight percent and HP by ten percent, with the effects lasting for fifteen seconds.

An alternate four-star gacha rectifier that Phoebe can use is Fusion Accretion. It has an attack percent substat of eightteen point two percent. Using the Resonance Skill provides six resonance energy and boosts attack by ten percent, with the effect persisting for sixteen seconds. This effect can be activated once every twenty seconds.

The best three-star free-to-play rectifier for Phoebe is the Guardian Rectifier. It has an attack percent substat of twenty-four point three percent. It boosts the damage bonus for Basic and Heavy Attacks by twelve percent.

Phoebe’s Sequence Node One states that when under the Absolution status, activating Resonance Liberation Dawn of Enlightenment increases the damage multiplier from one hundred forty-five percent to two hundred seventy-five percent. Under the Confession status, this activation boosts the damage multiplier by seventy percent and applies the maximum possible stacks of the Spectro Frazzle Effect to the target.

I would recommend pulling for Phoebe’s Sequence Node One over her signature weapon because the damage increase multipliers are larger with Sequence Node One. However, her signature weapon increases normal and heavy attacks, which is where Phoebe deals the most damage. So, either is fine to get, but I would still choose Phoebe’s Sequence Node One.

Phoebe’s sequence node stopping point is sequence node two because it increases damage dealt by her outro skill and silent prayer. In addition, enemies hit by her heavy attack receive an extra two stacks of spectro frazzle.

The best echo set for Phoebe is a five-piece set of Eternal Radiance. Its two-piece set effect increases spectro damage by ten percent. Its five-piece set effect states that when enemies are afflicted with Spectro Frazzle, it boosts Critical Rate by twenty percent for fifteen seconds. Attacking enemies with ten stacks of Spectro Frazzle provides a fifteen percent Spectro Damage Bonus for fifteen seconds.

An alternate five-piece echo set for Phoebe is Celestial Light. Its two-piece set effect increases spectro damage by ten percent. Its five-piece set effect boosts spectro damage by an additional thirty percent for fifteen seconds after using the Intro Skill.

The only main echo for Eternal Radiance is Nightmare: Mourning Aix. Damage to enemies affected by Spectro Frazzle is increased by one hundred percent. Phoebe, with this Echo equipped in her main slot, receives a twelve percent bonus to Spectro Damage.

The best main echo for Celestial Light is Jue. Using Jue’s Echo Skill grants Phoebe a Blessing of Time effect for fifteen seconds, during which Phoebe receives a sixteen percent bonus to Resonance Skill Damage. Each hit from Phoebe's Resonance Skill inflicts sixteen percent spectro damage per second for fifteen seconds, counted as part of Phoebe’s Resonance Skill Damage.

An alternate main echo for Celestial Light is Mourning Aix; it boosts Phoebe’s spectro damage and resonance liberation damage by twelve percent each for fifteen seconds.

The best echo stats for Phoebe are four cost of critical rate percent or critical damage percent, three cost of spectro damage, three cost of spectro damage, one cost of attack percent, and one cost of attack percent.

An alternate echo stats arrangement for Phoebe is four cost of critical rate percent, four cost of critical damage percent, one cost of attack percent, one cost of attack percent, and one cost of attack percent.

Phoebe’s substat priority is first energy regeneration until one hundred thirty-five percent, then critical rate percent or critical damage percent, aiming for an optimal crit ratio of one to two, then attack percent, then heavy attack damage bonus, then basic attack damage bonus, and lastly flat attack.

Phoebe’s recommended endgame stats at level ninety are fifteen thousand H.P., two thousand five hundred attack, one thousand three hundred defense, forty two percent spectro damage percent, seventy percent critical rate percent, one hundred forty percent critical damage percent, and thirty five percent energy regeneration.

Phoebe’s ability leveling priority is first her forte circuit, second her basic attack, third her resonance liberation, fourth her resonance skill, and lastly her intro skill.

The best team for Phoebe is herself, Zhezhi, and the Shorekeeper. Another premium team is herself, Yinlin, and Verina. A free-to-play team for Phoebe is herself, Yuanwu, and Baizhi.

Basic Attack: Executes three consecutive attacks using pious brilliance. Heavy Attack: Consumes stamina to deal damage. Mid-air Attack: Uses stamina to dive and glide down, attacking with the Bluebird Staff. Mid-air Heavy Attack: Travels a distance on the Bluebird Staff. Dodge Counter: Follows a successful dodge with a quick attack that deals Spectro damage.

Resonance Skill, Seeking the Light: Summons a Ring of Mirrors, either at a target location or Phoebe’s location, dealing Spectro damage and providing teleportation or knockback effects. Resonance Liberation, Dawn of Enlightenment: Concentrates light into damaging mirrors. Intro Skill, Golden Grace: Damages nearby enemies and applies Spectro Frazzle stacks. Outro Skill, Attentive Heart: Deals damage based on Phoebe’s total attack. Forte Circuit, Bluebird Blessings: Utilizes Phoebe's Prayer resource to enhance attacks or skills, with specific boosts under Absolution and Confession statuses, which cannot coexist. Entering one status ends the other.

Absolution Status: Enhances damage and decreases resource cost for certain skills. Confession Status: Applies additional Spectro Frazzle stacks and enhances team effects from Spectro Damage.

Prayer: gradually accumulates up to one hundred twenty, enhancing skills. Gospel: Holds up to sixty; fully replenishes when entering either key status. Phoebe's abilities are designed to maximize maneuverability and damage through strategic use of her skills and resource management, providing flexibility in combat through status effects and area control.
