Moonlight Traces will likely release in Phase 1 of Version 1.3, on November 06 2024. Phase 2 will also likely release The Champion in November 27, 2024.
TV Schedule Release Date
The TV Schedule will be available sometime in Version 1.3, as there is no official date announced for this event yet. This event is introduced in the Version 1.3 Livestream, Virtual Revenge, of Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) on October 25, 2024.

How to Play TV Schedule Events
As shown in the 1.3 Livestream, select which character's themed stages you wish to do by selecting the character found in the upper right hand side of the event menu. For Version 1.3, you can choose to play Moonlight Traces for Yanagi or The Champion for Lighter.
Proxies must complete TV Schedule's story and themed combat stages to earn event tokens in exchange for rewards.
TV Schedule's stages will feature special stages like Lighter's Special Play, a side-scroller combat mode.
