Zenless Zone Zero: Bangboo Gameplay

Hello! Proxies! In the Zenless Zone Zero, there's an interesting creature known as the Bangboo. Not only do Bangboo have adorable appearances, but they're also reliable companions. This time, we're bringing you an introduction to Bangboo gameplay, hoping to help all Proxies better understand Bangboo and choose the right ones for their teams.

Unlike the ZZZ’s second beta, Bangboo have been separated from the original Channel and have their own brand-new Bangboo Channel. Proxies can use Coup-En to pull their desired Bangboo from the Bangboo Channel. Within every 10 Signal Searches, an A or higher signal is guaranteed, and within 80 Signal Searches, an S signal is guaranteed. Coup-En can be obtained for free from Hollow Zero, Rally Commission, and version events.

[En-Nies] obtained from Signal Search in the Bangboo Channel can be exchanged for rewards such as [Coup-En], Bangboo, and Bangboo System Widget in Signal Shop.

Different Bangboos have different appearances, and they also assist players in combat in various ways. Let's introduce the various abilities of Bangboo below.

Bangboos of this type: Safety, Sharkboo Aggressive Bangboo will use Active Skills or Bangboo Chain Attack during battles to help players deal higher damage or to accumulate Anomaly Buildup for enemies.

Bangboos of this type: Exploreboo, Paperboo

Supportive Bangboo provides buffs such as shields, HP restore, and energy regeneration to the team's characters during battles; or they use skills such as taunting and interrupting to assist players in combat.

Upon completing the Commission [No Guts No Glory] in the Chapter 2 interlude, players can modify Eous.

Squard Players can choose their favorite Bangboo to participate in battles. Depending on the different factions, certain Bangboo may also have special effects. For example, when Amillion teams up with [Cunning Hares], it triggers additional effects of the corresponding Chain Attack.

Bangboo Chain Attack Some Combat Bangboo have additional [Bangboo Chain Attack]; When deploying such Bangboo into battle, characters can trigger additional Bangboo Chain Attack. Bangboo Chain Attack does not count towards the limit of Chain Attack activations per turn. However, they have a cooldown period and cannot be activated continuously within a certain time.

Support Bangboo In the Hollow Zero gameplay, players may encounter randomly appearing Support Bangboo that players can invite to join their squad to fight in the Combat. However, it is important to note that these Support Bangboo do not trigger the effects of Chain Attack, but will help you in battles.
