Ellen is a powerful Ice Attack unit with high mobility and power. She can easily get away from enemies thanks to her fast Dodge and can deal a lot of damage especially when put on Ice teams.

This build maximizes Ellen's Ultimate DMG since that's where most of her damage comes from. Ellen will also benefit from the Woodpecker Electro's CRIT Rate buff since she's your typical DPS.
