Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.4: Addressing Known Issues for an Enhanced Experience

The release of Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.4, A Storm of Falling Stars, has brought exciting new features and gameplay improvements. However, as with any major update, some technical issues have emerged, temporarily disrupting the seamless experience Proxies expect. HoYoverse remains committed to providing the best possible gaming environment and has acted promptly to resolve these issues based on feedback from the community.

After the launch of Version 1.4, several technical glitches were reported by players. HoYoverse has since implemented fixes for the following:

• Signal Search Freeze: Proxies experienced game freezes when navigating between the Signal Search screen, Agent Details, and Combat Readiness tutorials. This issue has now been resolved to ensure smoother transitions between menus.
• Visual Display Errors: A glitch caused the fading effect for Agents viewed from specific angles to malfunction under certain conditions. This has been corrected for improved visual consistency.
• Decibel Accumulation Anomaly: In the Hollow Zero: Lost Void stages, the accumulation of Decibels occasionally behaved abnormally. This issue has been fixed, restoring balanced gameplay mechanics.
• Compendium Display Errors: Incorrect content appeared when accessing the Strategy Station via the Compendium. The display has been updated for accurate and relevant information.

HoYoverse understands that these issues may have disrupted your gaming experience and is offering compensation as a token of appreciation for your patience and understanding. Eligible Proxies will receive 300 Polychromes via in-game mail.

• Eligibility Criteria: Proxies who reached Inter-Knot Level 4 before December 19, 2024 (UTC+8).
• Distribution Timeline: Compensation will be sent within 24 hours of the announcement.
• Mail Expiration: Compensation mail must be claimed before January 18, 2025 (UTC+8) and expires 30 days after acceptance.
